I am at this location somewhere around 3 to 5 days a week. The staff at this location are all very professional, respectful, and polite. Importantly, they are also very speedy in the mornings when everyone has a place they need to be.
The new furniture (tables & chairs) are also great, and makes for a nice place to go for individuals needing room to place all of their books or computer equipment for studying, or meetings. -

This is the worst Starbucks I have EVER been to! Their service is terrible. I asked the worker if they were still open because I was waiting at the cash register for someone to take my order for a substantial amount of time. She proceeded to walk past me and say "yes I'll be right with you" but she walks away and is on her phone avoiding all of the guests that are in line waiting for their order to be taken... that is beyond rude. If I could give zero stars, I would!

Not easiest Starbucks to find. Did my drink incorrectly....however very friendly staff!! Annoying because this is the closest Starbucks for MILES AND MILES if you're coming from Georgia.

This Starbucks has gone downhill since opening the drive-thru. I receive 2 cups, a lid, a stopper and the sleeve when I go through the drive-thru. That is wasteful. When I politely asked to not receive a sleeve or all these extras, the person told me that they have to throw it away if I touch it.
On multiple occasions I've gone through and they did not have chai tea. Including this morning. This is their primary responsibility -to serve very expensive coffee drinks to people. The drive-thru person told me that they would not have anymore until Friday.
The end. Time to go to other coffee places
